Computer Consulting

Picture of meI got my degree in Computer Science in 1995 from the University of Calgary, with a minor in Pure Mathematics.

I took the graphics course, which got me a key to the graphics lab, which had at the time a bunch of Indy and Indigo Silicon Graphics workstations. This experience got me my first video game job, which was making nintendo games on SGI computers. Pretty sweet.

Thirteen years went by in the video game industry, and I decided I was tired of living in an office and it was time to work from home. I bought an apple laptop and never looked back.

The iPhone/iPod Touch platform grabbed my interest; so much so that a couple of colleagues and I joined to form Lotusland Studios Inc.

Today, I’m doing contract work full-time, and tinkering with the iPhone games for Lotusland in my spare time. Well, spare time that isn’t taken up with Wing Chun Kung Fu or Gracie Barra Jiu-Jitsu.
